Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DigiFrame (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Pork-Rub.com LLC, a limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

DigiFrame connects to your Microsoft OneDrive account (with your explicit permission), scans your photo library for high-quality images, and presents them for you to curate. You decide which photos appear in your personal slideshow. We access your OneDrive using Microsoft's official APIs; we never store your full-resolution photos on our servers.

DigiFrame is offered at two service levels:

• Free tier — Unlimited photo scanning and curation. One (1) album. Slideshow preview in the browser, casting from your computer if you wish, and the DigiFrame TV experience on compatible smart TVs (sign in via the device-code flow in the TV's web browser).
• Paid tier — Everything in the free tier, plus: multiple albums, guest share links so visitors can watch a shared album slideshow without signing in with Microsoft, and priority support. Pricing is listed on the subscription page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

We reserve the right to modify tier features and pricing. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.

You must sign in through your Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft credentials. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country) to use the Service.

You may not share your account with others or use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Your photos remain yours. DigiFrame does not claim any ownership over your photos or any content stored in your OneDrive. We store only metadata (file names, timestamps, GPS coordinates, technical scores) and low-resolution thumbnails to operate the Service.

You can delete your DigiFrame account and all associated metadata at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You grant DigiFrame permission to access your OneDrive through Microsoft Graph API solely to provide the Service. We request only the permissions necessary to read and scan your photo library and, where you choose, to move photos to a recycle folder. You can revoke this access at any time through your Microsoft account permissions page.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store, share, or curate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent any access controls or subscription restrictions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular photo will be scanned, scored, or displayed correctly.

We are not responsible for any loss of data in your OneDrive. You should maintain your own backups of important photos independently of this Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pork-Rub.com LLC and its members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (b) $50 USD.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Colorado.
