Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 12, 2026  ·  Pork-Rub.com LLC

1. Who We Are

DigiFrame is operated by Pork-Rub.com LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is digicloudframe.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our photo curation service (“Service”).

Questions? Email us at support@digicloudframe.com.

2. Information We Collect

From Microsoft / your OneDrive: When you sign in and grant access, we receive from Microsoft:

  • Your Microsoft account display name and email address
  • Photo metadata from your OneDrive: file names, folder paths, timestamps, GPS coordinates (if embedded), resolution, and camera information
  • Low-resolution thumbnails fetched on-demand and cached on our servers to power the curation UI and slideshow

What we do NOT store: Full-resolution photo files. Your original photos never leave OneDrive; we only hold the thumbnail and metadata needed to operate the Service.

Usage data: We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamp) for security and performance monitoring. We do not currently use third-party analytics trackers.

Subscription data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive a subscription status and customer ID but do not store your full card number or billing address on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your session
  • Scan and index your OneDrive photo library on your behalf
  • Score and present photos for your review and curation decisions
  • Power your personal slideshow and TV display
  • Generate share links for albums you choose to share
  • Communicate with you about the Service (account notices, policy changes)
  • Process subscription payments and manage your plan
  • Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorized access

We do not sell your personal information, use your photos to train AI models, or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Microsoft OAuth and OneDrive Access

DigiFrame uses Microsoft's official OAuth 2.0 flow. We request only the Microsoft Graph API permissions needed to read your photo library and, where you choose, to move duplicates to a recycle folder. The specific permissions granted are shown on Microsoft's consent screen when you first sign in.

You can revoke DigiFrame's access to your Microsoft account at any time through your Microsoft account permissions page. Revoking access will prevent the Service from functioning; it does not automatically delete your DigiFrame metadata (see Section 7).

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure (cloud hosting, database, payment processing via Stripe) that processes data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
  • Album share links: When you generate a guest share link for an album, anyone with that link can view the album's slideshow without a Microsoft sign-in. You control which albums are shared and can revoke links at any time from Settings.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
  • Business transfer: If Pork-Rub.com LLC is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, encrypted connections, access controls) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

Thumbnails and metadata are retained as long as your account is active. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and encrypted at rest.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may at any time:

  • Delete your account: From the Settings page. This permanently removes all metadata, thumbnails, curation decisions, albums, and share links associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.
  • Revoke OneDrive access: Via your Microsoft account permissions page. This stops new scans but does not delete existing DigiFrame data.
  • Request a data export or correction: Email support@digicloudframe.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

DigiFrame uses a single server-side session cookie (“session”) to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Service.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@digicloudframe.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice in the app before the changes take effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
